Help for Dorcas Food Pantry
The Dorcas Thrift Shop and donation drop-off area have reopened! Hours are Monday-Saturday 12 p.m.- 5 p.m. Protocols are in place to ensure the safety of customers, staff, and volunteers. Everyone entering the building is required to wear a mask, including children, and the number of customers allowed inside is
limited. The drop-off area is expected to be extra busy, so please be patient and follow the posted instructions. Pack items to be donated by category (clothing, housewares, books), and load them in the back seat or trunk of your car away from personal items.
Dorcas Ministries is doing all they can to meet requests for emergency financial and food assistance
in the midst of the pandemic. Financial contributions are the most helpful during this time. If you
would like to contribute financially to their work, click here.
The Food Pantry is accepting donations of non-perishable food items, personal hygiene items, and cleaning supplies. You may drop them off Monday-Friday from 9 a.m.-3 p.m. at the food pantry receiving door next to the main entrance of the Dorcas Thrift Shop. To find the list of most needed items, click here.
If you are in need of assistance and are a Cary or Morrisville resident, please fill out the form here.
Once your form is received, you will be contacted by email or phone.
