Good Shepherd UCC is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment in which young people can learn about and experience God’s love. Written consent of a parent or legal guardian of a minor is required for all child and youth activities off the Church property and for any overnight activities. Click here to see a copy of the Parental Permission Form/Release Form.

All volunteers and employees who regularly work with children and youth are required to complete and submit the Authorized Volunteer or Employment Application and Disclosure Form. The Response Team, is a committee reporting to Staff Relations that will convene as necessary to hear and resolve complaints that may arise under our safe church policy.
