Our Welcome Statement

Following the example of Jesus Christ, we declare Good Shepherd United Church of Christ to be an Open and Affirming church. We welcome into the full life and ministry of the congregation all those wishing to join us on our faith journey, regardless of ability, age, education, gender identity, income, race, sexual orientation, or other distinctions. At the communion table and at the baptismal font, from the nursery cribs to the church leadership, we welcome, affirm, include, and celebrate the diversity of our identities and gifts
